By creating an account or using Closero (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Closero is an AI-powered sales simulation training tool. It lets you practice sales conversations — cold calls and video calls — against AI-driven personas, and provides post-call scoring, coaching feedback, and progress tracking based on those sessions. The Service is a training tool, not a guarantee of any particular sales outcome, income level, or job result.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Closero offers a Free plan and a paid Closer plan (currently $15.99/month). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed securely by Stripe — Closero does not store your full payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, which hands off to Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Practice sessions may involve audio, video, and transcript data generated as you use the Service ("Session Content"). You grant Closero a license to process and store Session Content for the purposes of operating the Service — generating coaching feedback, scoring, transcripts, and progress tracking.
Closero, its branding, software, and AI persona designs are the property of Closero and its licensors. Closero's Methodologies Library references established, publicly known sales frameworks — including Sandler, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Straight Line, and 7th Level/NEPQ — for educational and descriptive purposes. These names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Closero is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the owners of these frameworks unless separately stated.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated coaching feedback, scores, and earning-potential estimates are training aids based on modeled scenarios — not professional sales advice, guarantees, or financial projections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
