This is a standard privacy policy adapted with Closero's actual data practices — a starting point for a real attorney to review, not a finished legal document. That matters more than usual here, since this product records voice and video.
If you join the early-access list on our homepage, we collect your email address, where on the page you signed up, and the time. Nothing else, and no account is created. We use it to send the weekly tips and build updates you signed up for, plus launch access and Day One pricing when Closero opens. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can email support@closero.app and we'll remove you. The list is never sold or shared.
To run the product: creating and securing your account, running simulations, generating coaching feedback and scores, tracking progress over time, processing payments, and reaching you about your account. We don't use your data to train models for anything beyond your own coaching feedback unless we ask you first.
The core of this product is a recorded conversation. During a Cold Call simulation, your voice is captured and processed. During a Video simulation, your voice and video are captured and processed.
Transcripts and scores stay in your session history so My Progress can track improvement over time. You can review any past session while your account is active.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the vendors that help run the product — Stripe for payment, hosting infrastructure, and speech-processing providers — each under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep account and session data while your account is active, so progress tracking and history actually work. To export your data or permanently delete your account, use Settings once available, or email support@closero.app and we'll do it for you. Deletion is permanent.
Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember preferences. For usage measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites — so there are no analytics cookies. No third-party advertising cookies, ever.
Not intended for anyone under 18. If a minor's account reaches us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data — most of this you can do directly from Settings once available, or by emailing support@closero.app. Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in the email itself.
